Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Under federal election law individuals may contribute a maximum of $3,300 for the general election. Under federal election law PACs may contribute a maximum of $5,000 for the general election. Federal law also requires us to collect and report the name, mailing address, and employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 per election cycle.
Contributions or gifts to “Bob Casey for Senate” are not tax-deductible for income tax purposes. Only personal, partnerships, and political action committee checks please, we are unable to accept any corporate funds.
Contributions or gifts to Dirt Road Democrats PAC are not tax deductible.
Your contribution will be deposited in Dirt Road Democrats PAC’s Contribution Account. Individuals and Federal PACs may contribute $5,000 per calendar year to Dirt Road Democrats PAC’s Contribution Account. Corporations, labor organizations, and other federally prohibited sources may not contribute to Dirt Road Democrats PAC’s Contribution Account.
